Arriving at Tucson International Airport

First of all, if you’ve never been to Tucson International Airport before it might be important to let you know that TIA is not a very large airport at all.

It’s not nearly as large as Denver, for example, and there are no subways to navigate at all. You won't need a map or compass to find your way to our location.

It's a pretty simple airport and it's absolutely one of the easiest airports to navigate. It's so easy that TIA didn’t even come close to making the list of US News’ Airport Misery Index. [It’s true. There really is such a thing.]

We're Exactly Where You Need Us To Be

There is only one baggage claim area for the entire airport and we are right there on that ground level. Every passenger will eventually proceed from their plane and down to this ground level in order to claim their luggage. There are just about 7 baggage carousels in total and the baggage carousel you will be going to depends on your airline.

Our airport office is located towards the center of this baggage claim area and is positioned just at baggage carousel number 5. [This carousel is typically the one used by Southwest Airlines.]

From any escalator that leads down to the baggage claim area it's just about about 100 feet or so to our airport office. There are also signs posted for GROUND TRANSPORTATION that direct you to us we are located just next to the Arizona Stagecoach shared-ride shuttle service counter. Honestly, you almost couldn’t miss us if you tried.

In addition to being conveniently located our airport staff is constantly reviewing our reservation list and matching that information against the flight data provided in the airport as well as online. We are always watching for you to arrive and we will be immediately ready to assist you.

Our staff and uniformed drivers will happily answer any questions you might have. We'll also verify that you [and any additional members of your party or group] are all present and ready to depart and then assist you with your luggage, walk with you just outside to your waiting sedan and immediately depart for your respective destination.

It's Impossible for Us to Be Late!

Our on-site and on-demand sedan service at TIA is one amenity that is overwhelmingly popular with our passengers and clients. Essentially it’s impossible for us to be late because we are always there. In fact, our airport office is staffed an hour after the last flight to Tucson arrives. As long as there is a plane in the air we have someone on-site to greet them immediately upon arrival. It’s that simple.

Meet & Greet Service Reservations

We offer a personalized Meet & Greet service and should you choose, we will have a uniformed driver posted at the bottom of the escalator waiting for your arrival. Our driver will be displaying signage with the name of the passenger, party or group. From there the driver will assist you with your baggage and escort you just outside to your awaiting sedan.
