Cancellation Policy
We don't have a cancellation policy.
That's not to say that we haven't prepared one yet or that we can't find where we mislaid the one we had. We just don't have one really and we don't feel like one is absolutely necessary.
We understand that things change and that plans sometimes fall through. Flights get cancelled and meetings get bumped and for all of your planning you may have to cancel your reservation for one reason or another. We'll do our best to find an amicable solution.
If you've simply made a reservation with us and you've not already pre-paid we're happy to accommodate you should you need to cancel. We can easily change your reservation to a different date and time or just cancel it altogether. We'll look forward to seeing you next time around.
If you've pre-paid and still need to cancel your arrangements we will happily credit your account. [Of course, some small restrictions may still apply and it's important that you read the this entire page for specifics on those restrictions.]
We do, of course, ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible should you need to make changes or cancellations but we don't require it and ultimately we don't feel you should be charged for a service that we didn't perform.
The Proverbial Small Print
This cancellation policy is extended to individual passengers or small groups of passengers only and is applicable only to our town cars and passenger vans. Cancellation policies for our higher-occupancy vehicles such as mini-coaches, limousines, coaches and specialty vehicles do not apply.]
There are some small restrictions that do apply to larger group reservations and their respective cancellations. In instances where we are transporting large groups [typically 50 passengers or more] we may be unable to extend a refund in the full amount should a short-notice cancellation be necessary. If these passengers cancel with less than a 12-hour notice no refund will be issued for this service. If 24-hour notice is given then the full amount of this service will be refunded.
This same exclusions may apply to individual and/or group passengers that have pre-paid for Meet & Greet services. If these passengers cancel with less than a 12-hour notice no refund will be issued for this service. If 24-hour notice is given the full amount of this service will be refunded.
That's it, really.
We do reserve the right to make additions or modifications to this cancellation policy when necessary.
