AAA Sedan is very pleased to welcome the guests, members and attendees of this years Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing at the beautiful JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa from September 30 through October 3, 2009.

Grace Hopper Airport Transfer Discount
We are pleased to extend a discounted rate of just $35 per sedan to all Grace Hopper attendees traveling to the JW Marriott Starr Pass Hotel. Additional hotels that are included under this $35 rate are the Doubletree Hotel at Reid Park and the Marriott University Park.
We will also extend this $35 rate to include any hotel that is within a 5-mile radius of the airport.
Our private Lincoln Town Cars can comfortably accommodate three passengers [four max] and their luggage making our rate less than $12 per person.
This rate will be in place for the entirety of the event and will also be extended to three days before and three days after in order to accommodate any guests that may wish to enjoy the benefits of the JW Marriott Starr Pass before and/or after the convention.
Since we are the only company to be located on-site at the airport we are able to offer a rate that is almost always less expensive than a taxi or shared-ride shuttle van. For $35 per vehicle you [and up to three other passengers] are able to travel in a private, unmarked Lincoln Town Car. Additional Discounted Rates
Should you require transportation while you are here we are happy to extend a discounted rate for services to and from off-site locations such as restaurants and local destinations. Please call us at 520-594-9444 or see the concierge staff of your hotel to arrange this discounted transportation. Our drivers are all aware of this discount and you should mention that you are with the Grace Hopper Celebration.
About Our Services
AAA Sedan is the preferred provider of curbside sedan service for the JW Marriott Starr Pass. As their transportation partner we make sure to provide their guests with a strong discount and we extend an even stronger discounted rate to larger groups. That said, we provide luxury-class sedan service at a cost that is, in many cases, actually less expensive than a taxi or shared-ride shuttle van.
We are always on-site at the JW Marriott and are available for immediate departures for things like dinner out, sightseeing or any other outing. We are also always on-site at Tucson International Airport and we are the only sedan company to hold an office there.
Our exclusive airport office also means that we do not have to pass along airport-related fees like parking and permits and ensures that our rates are not inflated. It also means that it's impossible for us to be late since we're always already there.
